Privacy Policy

Customers have the confidence in knowing that all of their transaction related information, including credit card details and delivery address, are protected by the same encrypted security mechanisms as are used by the major banks for online banking purposes. Also this data is used only for the purposes of the transaction.

Shipping

Swiss Connection will courier your purchases to anywhere in New Zealand. We do not deliver to international destinations. Delivery is usually made within 2-3 days. All deliveries are by courier so we need a physical address, not a Post Office Box.

Delivery is by track and trace signature required courier. There are three pricing areas as follows:

• Whangarei to Hamilton $10
• Rest of North Island $15
• South Island economy (2-3 working days) $17
• South Island standard $25

Delivery will be usually the next working day. Rural addresses and Sth Island economy will be 2-3 working days.

Refund Policy

All Swissconnection grills have a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty covering faults other than those caused by normal wear and tear. They have all been tested by a registered NZ electrical testing laboratory and comply with all relevant NZ electrical safety standards, and have the C-tick sticker attached.

Any goods that arrive damaged should be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email or phone

We will replace or credit any transit breakage. Any replacements are subject to stock availability. If we do not have that particular item stocked, we will keep you informed as to when delivery will be made or we will refund you immediately should you prefer.

Please ensure all items are returned in the original, unused condition, with the original manufacturers packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Include your Name and Address and a copy of the receipt. There are no refunds on freight charges.

Supply

Swiss Connection Ltd import goods mainly from Switzerland. We try to keep sufficient stocks of all our products. However due to the variability in customer demand and the time to ship from Europe, a shortage of some items can result. In such cases, we will give you our best estimate as to when the product is likely to be available.

Currency movements and other factors outside of our control may affect the supply and cost of products. This may cause the pricing to be changed online from time to time.
